Welcome to Phoenix Court (formerly Hotel Phoenix)

in a Victorian property on Rutland Terrace, overlooking the beach and Scarborough’s
North Bay, Phoenix Court offers 15 en-suite rooms, a bar, sea-view lounge,
dining room and guests’ car park. Whilst rated as a guest house, we offer many hotel services but also retain all the benefits of a guest house. We offer a warm welcome
and a very friendly base for your stay in Scarborough and an excellent location
from which to explore the wider North Yorkshire area.
Our guests come to Scarborough for many reasons – to shop, chill out, visit the theatre, explore the art galleries and museums, walk the Cleveland way, enjoy the sea air and play on the beach, explore the wider area of North Yorkshire and many more things.
