Access
A spacious and comfy ground floor room is available for any guests who might find difficulty in accessing the stairs to other rooms. This is on the same level as the guest lounge, bar and dining room. We are happy to discuss specific access requirements with you prior to your arrival in order to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. This can include exact measurements of door width, shower step in height, bed height, etc. When you are here we can give you a tour of the building and your room and also devise a personal evacuation plan with you in case of emergencies. Phoenix Court doesn’t have a lift but we are more than happy to carry bags to your room if this would be helpful.
